The honest boundaries
Does ShipSeer ship my parcels?+
No. ShipSeer is planning software. It is not a carrier, freight forwarder or customs broker and never carries, collects or delivers parcels, and never collects payment on your behalf. You buy postage and ship through your own carrier accounts.
Are the customs fields official?+
No. HS codes, CN22 fields and duty notes are advisory suggestions that may be wrong. Always confirm with your carrier and the destination country before shipping.
Do the visuals use real carrier logos?+
Never. All packing visuals, labels and stickers are original artwork with no third-party marks, logos or barcodes, and must not be used to forge proof of shipment.
How does billing work?+
Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions in USD. There are no credit packs or stored balances — your monthly allowance simply resets each period. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period.
